Homemade Mac & Cheese

Preheat oven to 350d.

8 oz uncooked noodles
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
3 c milk
1/4 c butter 2 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
salt & pepper

Bread Crumb Topping:
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c bread crumbs

Cook noodles according to the package directions. Drain.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses, & cook over low heat until cheese is melted & sauce is a little thick. Add desired amounts os salt & pepper.

Put noodles in large casserole dish and pour sauce over noodles. Stir well.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and brown. Spread over the mac & cheese.

Bake at 350d for 30 mins.
