Aunt Burr's Chocolate Chess Pie

1 1/2 c sugar
3 1/2 TBSP cocoa
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 small can Evaporated Milk
1 tsp vanilla

Mix cocoa & sugar, add beaten eggs & mix in melted butter, milk & vanilla.

Pour in pie crusts. Bake @ 325 for 45 min or until set.

Apple Dip

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c roasted nuts (optional)
Apples

Blend all ingredients well & refrigerate for a few hours.

Serve w/ apples.

Cheesecake Toppers

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 c sugar
1 c cool whip (thawed)
10 gram crackers
1 1/2 c fresh fruit of choice

Beat cream cheese & sugar in large bowl until well blended. Stir in cool whip.

Spread 1 Tbsp of mix on each square of cracker. Top w/ fruit. Enjoy.

French Iced Coffee Slush

3 c VERY strong coffee
2 c sugar
1 qt milk
1 pt half & half or heavy whipped cream
2 tsp vanilla

Add sugar to hot coffee & allow dissolve.

Add rest of ingredients & mix well.

Pour in large containers & freeze overnight.

Thaw several hours before serving. Serve while slushi.

Great Grandma's Spiced Cake (Babyfood Cake)

Preheat oven to 350d.

2 c self rising flour
2 c sugar
1 c cooking oil
2 small jars of prefered babyfood*
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 c nuts &/or raisins (optional)

Mix all ingredients together & beat well. Bake in greased & floured bunt pan. At 350d for 65 min.

Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar or top w/ favorite Butter Icing.

*Best is used w/ babyfood applesauce, carrots, plums, apple mixes.

White Pizza Dip

1 envelope Lipton Savory Heard w/ Garlic Soup mix
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 c ricotta cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 c chopped pepperoni

1 loaf of Italian or French bread, toasted & sliced

Preheat oven to 350d. in shallow casserole dish, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 c mozzarella cheese & pepperoni.

Sprinkle w/ remaining 1/4 c mozzarella chesse on top.

Bake uncovered 30 min or until heated through.

Serve w/ bread. Enjoy.

Homemade Mac & Cheese

Preheat oven to 350d.

8 oz uncooked noodles
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
3 c milk
1/4 c butter 2 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
salt & pepper

Bread Crumb Topping:
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c bread crumbs

Cook noodles according to the package directions. Drain.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses, & cook over low heat until cheese is melted & sauce is a little thick. Add desired amounts os salt & pepper.

Put noodles in large casserole dish and pour sauce over noodles. Stir well.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add bread crumbs and brown. Spread over the mac & cheese.

Bake at 350d for 30 mins.
